Info (Starting Tee Times, Format, Cost, Location, etc.) on each Weekend Tournament can be found in the Calendar menu at the top of this page, under the "More Info" link for each event.

Sign Up Emails for Weekend Tournament Rounds are sent out each Sunday at 6:00pm and will be open for three weeks. Signups close the Friday eight (8) days prior to the event at 6:00pm to report final tee numbers to the course (due 7 days out) and to give the tournament directors time to set up the event. You can cancel online (and get an automatic refund) up to the signup deadline. Signup Open and Closing dates are shown in the Calendar.
Registration Opens: Sunday 6:00pm - Four weeks prior to each round.
Registration Deadline: Friday 6:00 pm 1 week prior to the Saturday event.
You can click "Playing" in the email to sign up. Registration Fees are due at the time of sign up. If you do not plan on attending, you can click "Not Playing" (so Golf Genius knows and won't send you any more emails for this event) or just ignore the email. This is the easiest way to sign up.
"Carpool Chat" - Please try to carpool to the Weekend Tournaments - it saves gas, it's easier to drive with other people, and you will get to know each other. We have a new Carpool Chat section (top menu) in the Weekend Tournament's Portal. Post if you are a driver, passenger or either. Find a park and ride such as Wilburton Park & Ride (at SE 8th in Bellevue), Houghton Park & Ride (at 70th and 405), Kingsgate P&R (at Totem Lake), or the Ash Way P&R (off 164th just north of the I5/I405 merge) where you can meet, pick a time, and it's easy.
Post Round Meetups: Look for info in the tournament emails, or check in with board members at the event - we'll try to pick a place to meet after the round for snacks and a beverage.

How to Register for Weekend Majors and Other Events - Club Members
Method 1: Automatic Email Registration: Club Members will receive an automatic email between 6:00 and 7:00 pm on the Monday 4 weeks (26 days) prior to each Tournament. This email will have two links: "Playing" and "Not Playing." If you want to play in a tournament. all you need to do is click "Playing," enter your credit card information into the Stripe page, and you are on the roster. If the roster is full, you will be put on the automatic wait list. Your credit card will not be charged until you are added to the Playing roster.
If you are not playing, you can click the Not Playing to let us know and Golf Genius won't send you any more mails for that event; or you can just ignore or delete the mail.
This is typically the simplest and easiest way to register for tournaments.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Check your junk mail to make sure the round signup mails are not going into the junk folder. If they are, try to mark them and the sender as "Jot Junk.
- Put "noreply@golfgenius.com" in your address book and add it to your "not Junk" senders list.
- Send an email to "noreply@golfgenius.com" - sometimes this triggers your junk mail filters into thinking its one of your contacts/friends.
Method 2: Web Portal or Mobile App Registration:
Click the Sign Up button either on the left side of this page on a PC/Mac or in the "Round Signup" page in the Phone App. You will need to be signed in with your email name and password for the signup links to show!
- On a Computer: Sign in using the "Sign In" link at the top right, If you see gears in the top right, you are signed in. You should then see the events that are available on the left side of the page to sign up.
- On the Golf Genius Mobile Phone App:
- Sign in using your email name and password.
- Click on EGC Weekend Tournaments
- Click on "Member Portal" (middle of the page)
- Click on "Sign Up & Cancel"
- Click on "Round Signup" and follow the instructions.
Troubleshooting Tips for Method 2: If you have recently been added as a club member, you are logged in to the web site, and do not see any registration buttons but you think an event is open for signup, then you may not be fully registered into the "Weekend Tournaments" roster. Contact EvergreenGC@outlook.com and ask for someone to double check.

Guests: How to Register for Weekend Majors and Other Events
If you are a GUEST, then the first thing to do is send an email to EvergreenGC@outlook.com:
- Click on this link <Evergreen Golf Club - Guest Membership> to open an email template and fill in the info, then click Send in your email app.
- Once you are added to the Rosters, you will receive an email from Golf Genius to "Continue Registration" for Weekend Tournaments 2022 and/or Thursday League 2022..
- Click on the big Continue Registration button and enter your email, and the temporary password to sign in.
- Now you can sign in to this page and follow the instructions in Method 2: Computer Browser or Golf Genius Mobile App. You will get the automated emails for future events when signups open.

Everyone: You should see a green bar on the Home Screen that says You are signed up and the Calendar Table should show Your Status as Playing for the events you are signed up for.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein including a golfer’s Handicap Index. The Committee reserves the right to reject the entry of any applicant, at any time, for any reason. Any decision by the Committee, in any matter, shall be final.
